Tartare sauce

This is a nice accompaniment to fish and chips or fishcakes.

Ingredients:
  • 3tbsp finely chopped gherkins
  • 3tbsp chopped capers
  • 200ml mayonnaise (preferably homemade)

Method:

Mix it all together and refrigerate!

  1. That's cool. I've also tried to add boiled corn, mange-tout and carrots. Outstanding flavors!
